Can my bottle go in the dishwasher?

No, your water bottle should only be washed by hand.

How can I clean my bottle?

Wash your bottle clean with hot soapy water, there is a straw cleaner included for the spout and straw.

What size is my bottle?

Your bottle has a large 1 litre capacity.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow up to 6 business days for your bottle to be personalised and dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse. Your bottle will be delivered with Australia Post. For regular parcel post, expect 2 to 4 business days within Victoria and 3 to 6 business days elsewhere. For express parcel post, expect 1 to 2 business days within Victoria and 1 to 3 business days elsewhere.

What if my bottle arrives damaged?

If your bottle arrives damaged please take photos immediately and send them to [email protected].

Can I change my initials after I have placed my order?

No, once your order has been placed changes will not be able to be made.

Can I cancel my order?

No, once your order has been placed cancellations are not possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard and Amex.

What is my bottle made from?

It is made from durable 304 stainless steel inside and out with a powder coating on the outside.

Will I receive a notification or tracking number when my order is sent?

Yes, you will receive an email notification with the Australia Post tracking number.
