A good place to start is narrowing down your selection based on how quick you need them, or by the type of products you’re looking for.

Product Concept

Communication is the key, and our strength is in understanding your individual style requirements. In doing this, we ensure the following is done:

• Quote your requirements
• Coordinate the specifications of the job
• Finalise the quote
• Create mockups of your quoted items

If you’re enquiring about specific products you know you’re after, we will respond to your quote enquiry with the options that you’ve requested. During this process, we will work with you to create a product that best represents your idea through constant communication. We love to talk through your requirements and suggest possible avenues you may not have thought of, or even knew were possible!

Free Mock Up Stage

During this stage, we do the following:

• Complete any changes or alterations to the artwork
• Approval of virtual mockups
• Generate invoice for payment

We create virtual designs using your ideas and PMS colours. We then send you the mock up of what your merchandise will look like. Should there be any changes or modifications required, we do these until you’re satisfied with how your final products will look. Once you’re happy with your designs, in some cases we have a physical sample made, so you know exactly what your bottled water will look like.

Production

This stage involves:

• Payment of invoice
• Final sign off of items
• Job sent to production

Once the Invoice has been confirmed and paid for, our production team will be in touch with you with pre-production samples (where applicable) and a final sign off of the design (via Docusign) will see your job moved into production stage.

Product Delivery

We have various express delivery options available, meaning that we can have the final product at your door in as little as 10 days. Depending on the volume of your order, we can either store your merchandise, or have it sent directly to you from the manufacturer, saving you time and cost of shipping!
