Plastic Keyrings

Who Uses Custom Plastic Keyrings?

Promotional plastic keyrings are popular across retail, hospitality, real estate, automotive and event marketing. Real estate agents hand them out at open homes, car dealerships include them with new vehicle sales, and retailers use them as point-of-sale giveaways to build brand recall. Schools, sports clubs and community groups order them in bulk for fundraising campaigns, while corporate teams distribute them at trade shows, conferences and product launches. Their low cost per unit and high perceived utility make them a practical choice for campaigns where volume and repeat exposure matter. Because they travel with customers daily, plastic keyrings deliver ongoing brand visibility long after the initial handout.

How to Choose the Right Plastic Keyring

Start by thinking about how your audience will use the keyring. If you want added functionality, consider designs that incorporate a bottle opener or other practical feature. Shape and size also matter: compact designs suit everyday carry, while larger formats offer more branding space and stand out on a crowded key ring. Colour choice can reinforce brand identity or match a campaign theme. Check the attachment style (split ring, chain or loop) to ensure it suits your audience's needs. If you're ordering for an event or seasonal campaign, confirm the production turnaround from artwork approval so stock arrives on time. Use the live online quoting tool to compare options, see pricing at different quantities, and request a digital mockup before committing to a full run.

Styles and Options Available

The range includes classic shapes such as ovals and custom puzzle designs, as well as functional styles that combine a keyring with a bottle opener or other tool. Plastic construction keeps the weight down and allows for a variety of colours and finishes. Some designs feature a smooth surface ideal for pad printing or digital print, while others offer textured or contoured profiles that add visual interest. Whether you need a simple branded tag or a multi-function accessory, the category covers practical everyday styles suited to high-volume giveaways and targeted promotional campaigns. Because each design offers different branding areas and attachment methods, it's worth reviewing a few options to find the best fit for your logo and message.

Branding and Print Methods for Plastic Keyrings

Plastic keyrings can be customised using pad printing, digital print, screen printing or heat transfer, depending on the product style and your artwork. Pad printing works well for simple one- or two-colour logos on curved or uneven surfaces, while digital and screen printing suit larger flat areas and full-colour designs. Every order includes free artwork services: Good Things will vectorise your supplied logo, redraw it if needed, and provide a free digital mockup so you can approve the design before production begins. This removes the guesswork and ensures your branding looks sharp on the finished product. If you're unsure which print method suits your design, the team can recommend the best approach based on your artwork, quantity and budget.
